CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT – Softrol offers three levels of support to give you the right support at the right time to best suit your automation and information needs.
i. On-Line Support – free access and includes manuals, knowledge base and automation FTP access. Click the link or type into your browser http://support.softrol.com to access our support site.
ii. Incident Support – purchase incident tickets for on-line email or telephone support. Softrol will manage the incident until issue is resolved.
iii. Site License – subscription provides unlimited 24/7 support, upgrades, enhancements and optional site inspection for Softrol’s information networks. The Site License includes the VisiPulse business analytics and information system.
All Softrol’s software and hardware are warranted for 90 days. Some products may have extended warranties.
