All overnight delivery orders must be placed before 3:00 p.m. EST to guarantee delivery.

The standard warranty period for Softrol products is twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. Softrol Systems, Inc. warrants to the Customer that any merchandise it sells will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship, when used properly in normal use and service. SOFTROL INSTITUTE

North Metro Technical College, Acworth, Georgia

Softrol offers a three-day training institute each Spring and Fall. The institute is held at the facilities of North Metro Technical College located in Acworth, Georgia. Topics covered in the institute include control maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, reading schematics, PulseNet software, AutoPulse Automation, MicroPulse Controls, SoftSort Garment Conveying and ChemPulse Chemical Systems.
