How do I get a quote?

How do I order parts?

Parts orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day for in stock items. Please fax your order to 770−974−0435 or call the parts department at 1−888−763−8765 ext. 110.  Accounts that do not have established credit may pay with a credit card. International orders require a wire transfer prior to shipment.


How can I get a manual for a Softrol control?

Most product manuals are available for download at http://​support​.softrol​.com – see Quick Links.


How do I get a copy of an invoice?

Please email support@​softrol.​com with invoice requests.


What are your business hours?

Normal business hours are M-​F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. Our service line is open after hours. Please follow the automated attendant instructions for obtaining after hours service at the main number 888−763−8765.


What do you charge for repairs?

We charge a $45/​hr with a two hour minimum plus parts cost.  We test each part; replace components if needed and test again to insure that it is in proper working order.  Since we have no idea what the problem may be without testing there is no way to determine a final cost until it is repaired.


How long will it be before I get my part(s) back?

We do repairs on a first come, first serve basis.  Our normal turnaround time is 6 – 8 weeks.  If you need your repairs back before that time, we can expedite it for a cost of $150.


Can’t you just send me a new part?

If your part is under warranty, we can send you a replacement and will issue a credit when the defective part is returned to us. New parts are warrantied for one year from date of purchase; repaired parts for 90 days.


I don’t have my sales order/​invoice so I don’t know if it is under warranty or not.  Can you help with this?

If you have the serial number of the part, we can look it up in our database and will be able to tell you if it is still under warranty.
